Marriott World Center Room Rate: $125.00 Per Rider

Cure on Wheels will handle the booking of the rooms. This fee is required at the time of registration if you plan on staying Saturday evening. If you are opting to do a 1-day ride either Saturday or Sunday and do not require a room you can choose not to select it during the registration process.

Party Guests (Family & Friends): $50.00 Per Person


A $50.00 donation for each adult family member or guest is required to attend any or all rider events. Children 18 and under attend for free.

Hotel Information for Friday & Sunday Night: $89.00 per room/per night

For those who are interested, we have made arrangements with the Marriott Fairfield Inn and the Marriott Courtyard directly across the street from the Hooters in Brandon for those who prefer to come the night before and also stay upon the return on Sunday. The distance is approximately 80 miles each way through the scenic farmlands of Central Florida. The route starts at the Hooters Restaurant in Brandon, Florida and runs parallel to Interstate 4 to end up in Orlando at the Marriott World Center. Three water stops, SAG, and medical support will be provided. All proceeds will be donated to Prostate Cancer Research.





The deadline for receipt of the $500.00 minimum fundraising amount is due the day of the LAGBRAI Ride. Please understand the outstanding balance towards the minimum fundraising requirement will be required the day of the event to be eligible to participate.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Cure On Wheels BIKE-A-THON, and its related events and activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that:
  1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
  2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
  3. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation, including any and all rules and regulations posted by the ride organizers. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,
  4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cure on Wheels, Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies and organizations, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("Releasees"), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, Whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
